Purified Recycled Water
- Purified recycled water is wastewater that has been treated to the highest standard.
- Water is made up of both hydrogen and oxygen molecules which are very small. The majority of molecules which contaminate water are very large.
- Purified recycled water goes through a filtering process which removes pollutants.
- Large, unwanted molecules are trapped and smaller water molecules flow through until the water is of a high quality.
- Purified recycled water undergoes a series of purification processes to provide clean and safe water that will be placed back into the dams before it goes through the drinking water treatment process once again.
