Mitre 10's Price Promise says that:

Mitre 10's Price Promise is all about ensuring our customers can always pay the best prices for our products. The Price Promise allows you to compare prices and if you find a cheaper price at another local retailer, Mitre 10 will match that price then beat it by 10%.

Please note that the Price Promise does not apply when:

• the competitor does not have the product in stock;
• the competitor's product is not identical;
• the competitor has the product on sale;
• the product is a special order;
• the customer quotes a price they have been given as a trade purchaser.
