Installation guide non-porous surface:
Ensure the surface and rubber base is clean and dry before installation
Loosen the knob until the rubber base is flat by turning counter-clockwise. Position the product onto the surface and press the knob to release the air.
Press the cap onto the wall firmly. Whilst maintaining pressure, turn the knob clockwise until completely tight.Â
PLEASE NOTE: To mount the product on a porous surface Eg, Plaster or Timber, please purchase the Ultimate mounting disc.Â
Installation guide porous surface:
Use adhesive mounting disc
Ensure the surface is clean and dry
Remove the backing paper press the disc firmly 3 seconds and leave the adhesive disc for 12hrs
Position the installation product on the disc and complete.
To ensure long lasting suction, it is recommended that the product be removed every 2-3 months. Thoroughly clean the suction pad and wall surface with mild soapy water. Dry both suction cap and wall surface and reapply the product.

To ensure lasting suction it is recommended that the product be removed every 2-3 months and the suction pad and mounting surface be cleaned with a damp cloth. When re-mounting the product please ensure that the suction pad and mounting surface are completely dry.
