Ventilation

With changes to the National Construction Code (NCC) builders and homeowners need to consider ventilation requirements more than ever. Ventilation and Ducting Components involve the replacing or exchanging of air in a space that will improve overall indoor air quality. It involves removing stale air that may contain dust, carbon dioxide, odours and moisture/condensation. As well as removing contaminants it also regulates temperature and ensures sufficient oxygen levels are maintained. Depending on the application there are natural ventilation options such as opening a window or using of an air vent, whilst mechanical ventilation is sometimes preferred such as fans, blowers and more sophisticated HVAC systems.
