Seven steps to flooring success

Step 1: Visit our Design 10 showroomiding adequate training to staff

The best way to engage our team is to visit a showroom. With their extensive knowledge, they can take you through flooring options to find a perfect solution.

Step 2: Choose a colour

We offer a huge range of colours and species to choose from. To make the process less daunting, we’ve develop our ‘Colour Selection Display’, so you can browse efficiently and easily.

Step 3: Choose a species

Construction site conditions are always changing, meaning the potential risks are too. Check site inspections are as regular as possible to cut the risk of avoidable, time-consuming accidents. 

Step 4: Tell us about your build

Once you’ve chosen a material, our team will go over the conditions of your site to ensure the install will be smooth from start to finish.

Step 5: We’ll recommend installers

Now we’ve done preliminary questions, our team can provide a list of recommended installers based on the material you’ve chosen.

Step 6: Final checks

With your order in, we’ll keep working to get it right. When flooring packs are ready, we conduct moisture readings to double-check they’re fit for purpose. Any questions on quality, and we won’t send it to site - it’s that simple.

Step 7: It’s on its way

The wood’s good, so it’s time to deliver it safely. In the event of rain, we’ll hold off on delivery, and if the builder requests flooring be left outside we’ll note it on the paperwork and have them sign off.
