Alpine Ventilation Aluminium Semi Rigid Ducting can be an excellent choice for non-insulated ducting. It is lower cost and more versatile than solid ducting - and holds its shape better than flexible ducting for better ducting efficiency. Semi rigid ducting can be attached with duct tape or steel worm clamps - or both for a more secure fit.
Take great caution when opening out ducting so that it won't risk tearing. It is best done with 2 people opening the duct from the middle to the ends. This also ensures that the maximum length can be achieved from the ducting in compressed form. This product is an all-aluminium construction, making is safe and non-flammable.
