Davco K10 Plus is a premium performance, flexible, premixed, Class III, water-based polyurethane waterproofing membrane designed for use under tile, stone and other resilient finishes. Suitable for interior and exterior applications. Commercial and domestic walls and floors including wet areas such as showers, bathrooms, terraces, balconies, roofs and walkways, prior to tiling, using a Sika branded polymer modified cement-based tile adhesive. Davco K10 Plus is also suitable for confined areas as it is water-based and solvent free.
