The Eclipse One Handed Heavy Duty Bar Clamp with 900mm spreader bar is designed for strength and durability, especially when working with larger timber pieces. With a clamping force of 300kg and a tough diecast aluminium body it can easily grip, position and hold work pieces securely while you work on them. The locking trigger is protected from accidental release for greater safety and the clamp bar itself is figure 8 extrusion, resisting twisting allowing even high clamping force. Supplied without bolts or twist locks, to help prevent loss or becoming loose.

Clamp should not be left exposed to the elements, in damp or humid environments for extended periods without risk of corrosion on the bar. The clamp operates through friction between the clamp bar and clamping mechanism, any corrosion will affect performance. For this reason, the bar must also not be oiled or lubricated to protect form corrosion. To clean, use a mild abrasive to remove and corrosion film, clean with degreaser or wipe with a damp cloth and thoroughly dried.
