Care Instructions
Allow barbecue to cool completely after each use.
Cooking surfaces such as grill, warming rack and hotplate do not need to be washed after each use. Remove cooking residue with crumpled aluminium foil or a nylon grill brush, then wipe with a soft cloth or paper towel. If this does not adequately remove cooking residues, soak in warm soapy water and scrub with a nylon grill brush, then dry well.
Brush or wipe any oils and grease from inside and outside of hood, firebox and body. Use a nylon brush and/or damp paper towel. Do not use abrasive chemicals or cleaners.
Make sure the barbecue is dry inside and out, then place grill, warming rack and hotplate back inside the barbecue.
Check valves and burners (refer to instructions) before using to ensure they are free of any crawling insects and spiders. Remove any debris from valves and burners with a brush.
Cover barbacue with a grill cover and store in a dry location (or store under cover in a dry location if not using a grill cover).
Once a year, wash barbecue inside and out with mild detergent and water. Rinse well with clean water and dry well with a soft cloth or paper towel.
