The RP1800 has linear ball bearings for smooth and accurate plunge action, with 3 stopper blocks providing multiple cutting depths. The depth of the plunge can be precisely adjusted in 0.1mm increments that can be monitored on an easy-to-read depth scale. The depth of the plunge can also be locked on the tool allowing for prolonged use. The RP1800 can be placed upside down and rested on the motor housing to assist with accessory changes. The tool also comes standard with twin LED job lights designed to illuminate the router bit on the workpiece.
