Samba Lump Charcoal BBQ Fuel is easy to light and economical to use. The premium hardwood creates a rich aroma that compliments the natural flavours of your food. This renewable source of charcoal burns hotter for longer and produces less smoke and ash, making it perfect for your next barbeque. Ideal for use in kettle BBQs and open-flame cooking devices.
How to Use Spread Samba Natural Firelighters onto the base of the barbecue. Arrange Samba Lump Charcoal BBQ Fuel into a pile on top of the Samba Firelighters. Light the firelighters using matches or a gas lighter. Relax for approx 15 minutes and wait for the Samba Lump Charcoal BBQ Fuel to turn ash grey or fire red before placing any meat or fish onto the grill rack to cook. Indirect cooking - position Samba Lump Charcoal BBQ Fuel on each side of the BBQ and cook on the grill. Direct cooking - spread Samba Lump Charcoal BBQ Fuel evenly with tongs and cook on grill.
Storage Instructions: Store well-ventilated, in a dry area away from open flame, and ignition.
