The Stanley FatMax Planer has many features you would be looking for in a woodworking tool, including three chamfering grooves machined in the planer shoe and a rubber over mould handle. Powered by 750 watts, these machines can remove up to eighteen thousandths of an inch with 0.2mm increment settings for accurate depth of cut. In addition, the planer also has a spring-loaded park rest that holds the workpiece firmly in place whilst you set up for the next cut, protecting it from nicks and damage.
