Zenith hook and eye turnbuckle is designed for tensioning cables, ropes and chains. Use to tension small shade sails, balustrading, catenary wire, guy wire, and for marine and general applications. All parts are constructed from marine grade 316 stainless steel, offering superior quality and corrosive protection to perform in tough conditions including coastal environments. For added security attach the eye with a d shackle or snap hook to your fixing point. should the turnbuckle become unhooked at any stage, the turnbuckle will be secure. One end of the Turnbuckle is threaded left-hand and the other threaded right-hand allowing the tension to be adjusted by rotating the frame. This permits both the Terminals to be screwed in or out simultaneously without twisting the attached wire rope or fittings.
