The convection tray and roasting trivet transform your Weber Q into roast-and-bake and bake mode
Fats and juices fall onto the tray during cooking, and create smoke and flavour
Excess drippings are channelled away from the burner to prevent flare-ups
Roasting and baking on your Weber Q barbecue has never been so easy. The roasting trivet and convection trays instantly transform your Weber Q from direct grilling to indirect cooking of your favourite roasts and baked foods. The design of the trivet and convection trays allows for heat to circulate the food for perfectly even cooking. When roasting meats, the fats and drippings fall onto the tray, and create smoke and flavour, whilst the excess drippings are channelled away from the burners.
Fits New N Series Weber Q barbecues only. Not recommended* for old (pre-September 2023) Weber Q series barbecues.
