The 190mm (7-1/2") slide compound saw (LS0714) features a 1,010W motor with a no-load speed of 6,000rpm. The LS0714 has an innovative double sliding mechanism comprised of four steel poles supported by linear ball bearings, this allows for accurate and vibration-free cuts up to 300mm wide while the tool remains light and portable. The LS0714 has a large turn base to help stabilise the workpiece while cutting. The mitre angle can be adjusted from the front of the base with positive stops at frequently used angles, the base can also be locked with the front lever to preserve the angle for repeated cuts. The rear arm on the LS0714 can also bevel 45°left and 5°right. The LS0714 comes standard with a dust bag that can be mounted at the rear of the blade case to capture debris, or in place of the dust bag, an optional dust extractor can be connected.
Depth Adjustment - The depth of cut can be set with the adjuster screw for greater versatility, the stopper arm can be set to limit the depth of cut or allow the blade case to plunge to the maximum 52mm
Dust Bag - The tool comes standard with a dust bag to capture debris that can be easily removed and emptied, the dust bag can also be substituted for optional dust extraction to capture more debris efficiently
Bevel Lock Lever - The bevel lock lever is located on the back of the rear arm, this can be loosened to allow the tool to bevel up to 45° left or 5° right
Double Slide Mechanism - The double sliding mechanism is comprised of four steel poles supported by linear ball bearings, this allows for accurate and vibration-free cuts up to 300mm wide
Carrying Grip - When the blade case is locked into place there is a carrying grip built into the housing, when combined with the tools lightweight this provides greater portability
Lock-Off Lever - The lock-off lever on top of the handle must be pressed and held to unlock the trigger/operate the saw, this prevents accidental operation
Powerful 1,010W Motor - 1,010W continuous rating input offers 6,000rpm no load speed for high-performance cutting
Mitre Adjustment and Lock - The mitre angle can be adjusted from the front of the base (47°left -57°right) with positive stops at frequently used angles, the base can also be locked with the front lever to preserve the angle for repeated cuts
