The 18V Heat Gun (DHG181) is engineered for industrial applications and is ideal for a wide range of applications including heat shrinking, vehicle wraps and tinting, stripping lacquer, paint and varnish, re?melting adhesive, removing stickers, soldering, bending plastic pipes and more. The DHG181 features precise temperature control with a variable temperature control dial (150° - 550°C) and 2-stage airflow settings (120 and 200L/min) so the user can set the heat and blower speed to the application. The DHG181 has a compact design at only 1.4kg and 173mm overall length. For added convenience, during nozzle changes, tool-less nozzle change means the user is able to change nozzles without having to touch the hot metal parts. Added features include a built-in hanging hook, LED job light and lock-on button allowing for comfortable use in prolonged applications.
Tool-less nozzle change – the quick release mechanism for easy nozzle replacement allows nozzles to be removed without touching hot metal components by simply turning the plastic nozzle release ring.
Lock on button – trigger switch features a 2-stage safety switch preventing accident start-up and can also be locked on for comfortable continuous operation
2-Stage air volume settings – air volume settings can be adjusted in 2 stages. Position 1: for 120Lmin and Position 2: 200L/min
LED Job light – single LED job light with an afterglow function illuminates the work area allowing for easier visibility
Hanging hook – hanging hook swings out when in use and conveniently locks back in place to store the hook when not in use.
Air temperature adjustment dial – adjustment dial on the back of the housing allows step-less adjustment for setting a suitable temperature for your application between 150-550°C.
Anti-restart – equip with the anti-restart safety feature ensuring the tool doesn’t start should the trigger be activated when a battery is installed.
