The Makita Cutting Disc has a flat thin design. It is suitable for stainless steel but not for grinding and is more suitable for cutting applications. The cylindrical shape allows the particles to be projected from the disc under high centrifugal forces. Do not place side ways pressure on the side of the disc and max 8,600Rpm, max 80m/s when using the disc, do not exceed this limit otherwise your discs will be damaged.
