Weldclass Brazing Rod Silver 15% is a versatile and efficient solution for various metal joining applications. This pack includes 5 rods, each measuring 2.4mm in a convenient bare handy pack. The unique composition of these rods, with a 15% silver content, makes them ideal for joining copper to copper without the need for flux, thanks to their phosphorous content. When it comes to joining copper to brass, the use of flux is recommended. Not suitable for joining ferrous materials, steels and nickel alloys. Use in sulphur-containing atmospheres.
Recommended for joints subject to thermal expansion and service vibration.
When heated above liquidus temperature will flow into tight connections.
Excellent for gap-filling where close fit-up does not exist.
Highest joint ductility and strength in HVAC-R applications.
