The Weldclass Platinum 316L Stainless Steel Electrodes 2.6mm 1kg are a versatile solution for general-purpose welding of various stainless steels, including 316, 316L, and other common alloys like 300 series, 301, 302, 304, 304L, 3Cr12, 409, and 444. These welding rods offer good resistance to pitting, acids, and general corrosion, making them suitable for critical applications.
Applications
Deposits Molybdenum bearing, 19% Cr / 12% Ni / 2.3% Mo filler metal to meet the requirements for welding AISI type 316 and 316L stainless steel in critical applications
For welding of matching 316, 316L & other common stainless steels, including; 300 series (301, 302, 304, 304L, etc), and ferritic stainless steel alloys
such as 409, 444 and 3Cr12
Commonly used in; marine, winemaking, dairy & similar industries
