Whitco Deadlatch with Safety Release is a double-cylinder deadlatch that can be operated by either the inside turn knob or by the external key. It has a hold-back feature so it can be locked in both positions. This deadlatch will be set at the same height as your existing deadlatch, making installation easy and quick. Stainless steel latch bolt resists cutting. The concealed anchorage points provide added door frame strength and security, while also proving to comply with Australian regulations outlined in AS4145 - 1993.
