Zenith External Screws are self-drilling, general-purpose timber screws for external applications. They're ideal for general fixing into soft timbers where extra corrosion resistance is required. The coarse thread provides maximum grip, while the ribbed head allows for efficient countersinking of the screw. For external use, the screws are galvanised to prevent corrosion and are made from 304-grade stainless steel for superior corrosion protection. For best results in treated pine, it's recommended to use Zenith Tufcote and stainless steel in harsher conditions.
