This compact smoker enables the slow cooking and smoking of meat, fish, pork vegetables and more. Being fuelled by gas, it is relatively easy to maintain and regulate the low temperatures required to smoke foods. Temperature control can be achieved via the gas control knob and by adjusting the air dampers. Add wood chips to the smoker box to create the smoke required and the water bowl adds moisture to the food during the cooking and smoking process.
